How to play

Type one answer before the 15-second clock ends. #1 scores 100, #2–4 score 64, and #5–9 score 32. Other listed answers earn 4–16. Unlisted answers let you retry while the clock runs. The boards are our editorial rankings; no real survey is implied.

Ordinary answers. Extraordinary heights.

Think of the answer everyone knows.

Read an open prompt, answer for the crowd, and travel from the forest floor into the sky. One top answer lifts you furthest.

01

Read the room

Take the broad, everyday meaning of the prompt. You have 15 seconds to name one answer.

02

Find the favourite

The editorial board ranks accepted answers. The single number one answer is worth 100 points.

03

Catch the updraft

Each point takes a classic climb 20 metres higher. Seven top answers reach the jet stream at 14 km.

04

Keep the balloons

In Endless, start with three balloons. A miss pops one; a number one answer brings one back.

A few things to know

How is a climb scored?

Each board has one top answer worth 100 points, three runners-up worth 64, and five more worth 32. Other accepted answers score 16, 8 or 4. In the atmosphere each point adds 20 metres; a perfect seven-question climb reaches 14 km. Beyond 100 km, the altitude scale expands so an endless run can explore space.

Are these real survey results?

No. The prompt and answer membership comes from this site’s own factual trivia bank. This game has separate, explicit editorial answer rankings. The boards are intended as a crowd-thinking challenge, and are not presented as measured polling results.

What happens to an unrecognised answer?

You can try again. The 15-second clock keeps running. Passing or allowing the deadline to expire scores zero; in Endless mode it also uses one balloon. A top answer restores one balloon, up to three.

What makes Daily different?

Daily uses the UTC date and the question-bank version to deal the same seven questions for everyone. You may replay the set. Classic deals a fresh set, and Endless continues until your balloons are gone or you reach the observable horizon.

Can I resume after refreshing?

The current climb, answers, deadline and best scores save in this browser when storage is available. The timer keeps running while you are away. You can keep playing when storage is unavailable, but that session cannot be restored.

Is this the official Noillirk?

This is an independent single-player remake inspired by Noillirk. The artwork and implementation are original, and we are not affiliated with the original creators. Live multiplayer and global leaderboards are outside this version.
